InventoryPlus supports ZATCA E-Invoice Standard from version 2.1.3.16. If you are using InventoryPlus software to generate the POS invoice then use the latest template available in our template gallery.
If you know how to use the report builder then you can add Barcode control and use QR Code format. We have published a new field [salesMaster].[QRCode] this field will generate the hash code to fulfill the new Saudi Arabia’s e-Invoice standard required in phase 1.
Make sure to select the Country “Saudi Arabia” from Settings -> Company Data and enter the VATNo in Vat No field. Seller/Company name in Name field. To generate the Hash required all these fields.
Using the plugin Export Sales bill will help you to store the generated bill in PDF/XML format.

InventoryPlus will save time and money for generation of required report and submission process is easy and simple, No need to contact any auditor or computer knowledge also not required to file the GST. We have noted all steps required to follow to online GST submission.
InventoryPlus help you to reset the password in case if you forgot the old password. Default password is always user name: admin and password is 1
Run the InventoryPlus will ask for credential.
Click on “Forgot password” link on login screen will open the reset forgot password window as shown below.
Enter the user name you want to reset.
Enter the security questions and answer. (Always 1st security question and answer for question security question is “inventoryplus”, 2nd security question and answer is “admin”)
Click on Validate button to verify entered security answers are correct.
If Security question and answers matches then Save button will be enabled.
Enter Password and Confirm password exactly.
Click on Save button to Reset the Password.
If Password resets then window will close and login to software with new password.
Note
Make sure always update the default password security question using Manager user screen for all users. There is a risk if you forget to reset the default security question provided by inventoryplus, so any one who know the inventoryplus able to reset the password if you failed to reset the default security questions.

InventoryPlus support multiple transactions delete using single click, Yes this feature available to Administrator only. In all transactions search screen this feature is enabled when selecting the multiple transactions Delete All button will be enabled, Have a look at this video.
Multiple Product delete feature is available as well, Goto Product details screen -> click on “Bulk Update” -> Delete tab can be used for delete many products at a time.
